Warm Up

Strength:
Bench Press 3 x 70%, 3 x 80%, 3+ x 90%
Weighted pull up 3 x 10

Met Con:
Scale appropriately.

 "The Chief" 5 rounds of 3 minute AMRAPS of:                        
3 Power Cleans 135/95 lbs
6 Push-Ups
9 Squats
recover for 1 minute between AMRAPS.
