1 x CrossFit Six Zero Warm Up
10 x wall ball shots

Met Con:
TEAM WOD (3 or 4 athletes)

150 pull ups
200 push ups
400 wall ball shots

Rules- only 1 person can work at a time on pullups/pushups. Pullups must be completed before pushups. Wall ball shots may be completed at any time and can have any number of people working on them. 15 min cap.
